We have introduced text message support for hosting clients so that now, along with email and the online support database, there are 3 easy ways to find the answer to any issues you may have.
One of our support staff will receive your text message or email instantly and either reply with the solution, forward it to the right department or will reply with a number for you to call that will put you in touch with the support staff member who has the skills to help you solve your problems.
We pride ourselves on our customer service and if you experience any issues that are not resolved to your satisfaction, please let us know so that we can ensure any mistakes are not repeated.
